Indian Association was founded by Surendranath Banerjee and Anand Mohan in Bengal, in 1876 to promote youth nationalism. All Indian National Conference was held in December, 1883. The second conference was held in Calcutta in December 1885 which was presided over by Surendranath Bannerjee.
