On 19-21 February, 1938 52nd session of Congress was held in Haripura at Gujarat, under the presidentship of Subhash Chandra Bose. National Planning Committee was constituted in this session, and Jawaharlal Nehru was elected as President of the Committee. Rajendra Prasad was elected as President in 1934.
